Why Cycle grove
Hi, I'm Jo Comerford, founder of Cycle Grove.
Living with my own invisible disability has given me a deeply personal understanding of the challenges, misunderstandings and isolation that so many people experience. As a qualified counsellor, I have also spent more than 10 years mentoring teenagers, helping young people build confidence, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
Together, these experiences shaped my belief that no one should have to navigate an invisible disability feeling unseen, misunderstood or without support.
That belief led me to create Cycle Grove, a place dedicated to increasing awareness, providing education and empowering people living with invisible disabilities. Through practical resources, compassionate advocacy and evidence-informed information, I aim to support individuals, families and workplaces to better understand invisible disabilities and create environments where everyone can thrive.
